Through good sales we can also reach new customers who are attracted by the purchasing experience or quality of the product or service we offer.

Finally, a thorough analysis of a sale and the entire process that the buyer went through before completing the transaction can provide us with an x-ray of the company's overall operation, how the Sales and Marketing departments work together, the customer's purchasing experience, and approaches to improvements to be used to increase numbers.

From this perspective, we can see that sales are not just about money. They are a vast indicator of the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the company's internal functioning, so we must always strive to get the most out of it.

What is the Sales Process and How Does it Work?
The Sales Process is the entire path and steps that a company follows, from the potential client acquisition phase to the moment in which the transaction or final objective is consolidated.

This process is often represented graphically in the form of a funnel or inverted pyramid. This has determined the famous concept of the Sales Funnel .

Basically, this means that not all potential clients who start the sales process end up making the final transaction. Therefore, the number of prospects who started the process will be much greater than those who will complete it.

The main objective of implementing a Sales Process is, of course, to sell. The important point here is that, with a good implementation of each of its phases, we will be able to sell more, and better. Focusing on the needs and requirements of our potential clients.

Stages of a Successful Sales Process: AIDA Model
There are many versions and schemes that seek to explain the correct implementation of each of the stages of the Sales Process , but one of the best known is the AIDA model.

This consists of 4 stages, in which equal attention and dedication must be used to consolidate a successful Sales Process . The 4 stages are:

Attention
This is the first and main stage of the Sales Process , since this is where we will use the necessary strategies to capture the attention of the potential client and be able to consolidate the purchase of a specific product or service.

There are many alternatives that you can use to attract the attention of the potential client, but it is important to keep in mind that the efforts employed should always be focused on achieving the final action of the purchase.
